Mums in Mind

Yesterday was massage and mindfulness at Mums in Mind with gentle chat, support and mum focussed activities this week.  One mum arrived feeling “sad, anxious and shakey” but on leaving feeling said she felt “calmer and relieved” saying “thanks for all your help and to the lovely volunteers for helping me feeling better yesterday”.

 Two hours and lovely people make SUCH a difference in a mothers week.
