Home-Start North Somerset is now featured on a fantastic online map of services offering support and advice on perinatal mental health issues.
The Hearts and Minds partnership was created by three perinatal mental health charities (Bluebell, Smile Group and Acacia family Support) with the aim of making it easier for families in England to identify and access support services in their local communities.
The map is aimed at both families and health care professionals and can be found here:
