We are delighted that our baby /toddler massage and yoga classes will be continuing throughout 2022 thanks to further funding of £5000 from Quartet Community Foundation. Aiming to help mum’s mental health and help reduce feelings of isolation, our classes are proving to be really successful at helping mums to form support networks and friendships which continue after the classes end. Our toddler yoga class has now developed into a toddler stay & play session in response to the needs of attending mums. In this class, teacher Mel will lead a shorter session of yoga along with a craft activity and some free play time. All sessions include tea and coffee and time for a chat with other mums.
The new term now begins on Thursday 16 December, at the For All Healthy Living Centre, Weston-Super-Mare. The classes run in a six week term (with no classes in the Christmas holidays.) From 10th February the classes will be held at Oldmixon Children’s Centre, Weston. We’re looking forward to working with Mel and the Children’s Centre through 2022.
