Our volunteers are amazing! They have provided incredible support to local families over the past year. They are the beating heart of Home-Start and in Volunteers Week our Chair of Trustees Kate Milton sent this message to our volunteers: “I want to send a heartfelt thank you to you all for all the amazing work you do supporting our families. Between you last year, you volunteered for 566 hours, which is an incredible 81 days of your time, making a huge difference to the families you supported. The stories of the difference you all make are inspiring. We wouldn’t be able to operate without you. Thank you again for your tremendous work.”
We held a small get-together during Volunteers Week to say thank you for their incredible support to our families over the last year. It’s always a pleasure to spend some time with this lovely bunch of people!
