We are delighted to announce that Kate Milton has joined the Board of Trustees as our new Chair. Kate has over 30 years’ experience as a senior manager in HR, Equality and Human Rights, and Staff Experience, predominantly in the public sector, including 24 years in the NHS. In 2023 Kate took early retirement following a reorganisation and has become a freelance coach and HR consultant. She felt that she wanted to use her skills to support her local community and was delighted that the role of Chair at Home-Start has given her the opportunity to do so. Kate has been married to Andrew for more than 30 years and they have two grown up children and a Westie. We look forward to working with Kate.
